Andrew Mclaughlin
Andrew’s business philosophy is simple: “The only thing to do, is the right thing.” That kind of integrity has earned him a great deal of respect throughout the industry, where he’s known as the “go-to guy” for his encyclopedic knowledge of coating products. Andrew has spent his entire career in both the coatings and contracting sides of the industry, having worked for Tnemec (the leading manufacturer and supplier of quality coatings) and Devoe ICI (a respected supplier of industrial paint and coatings). With his record of success and rock-solid integrity, it should come as no surprise that Andrew is uncompromising in his commitment to quality. Cutting corners is out of the question. And so are projects that have been “value engineered” to the point that failure of the coating systems is a possibility. When he’s not on the job, Andrew enjoys spending time with his wife and four children.

Manuel Rodriguez
Having spent his entire career in industrial coatings, it’s only fitting that Manuel is now the project planner and manager for Polytech Industrial. He is an exceptional problem solver, a vital skill in an industry filled with projects that are short on time and high on expectations. What makes Manuel so good at what he does? He completes a project the way it was planned. That may sound simple, but it actually requires a detailed mind and superlative managerial skills to bring a project to completion exactly as it was designed. Manuel attributes his personal and professional success to his ability to “do a project right, no matter the circumstances.” He’s also quick to admit that this goal is shared by his colleagues at Polytech Industrial. Manuel is happily married and the proud father of three children.
