Based on previous work completed by Polytech Industrial, Inc. at Silva Sausage facilities, owners again selected Polytech Industrial, Inc. to complete all new flooring at their newly constructed Sausage Production Facility in Gilroy, CA.

Approx. 25,000 square feet of new flooring was installed. A unique color code system was utilized to designate areas of processed meat and meat that had yet to be processed.

Silva Sausage is a very high quality family owned business that produces Linguica and other varieties of sausage. Their products can be purchased at Costco, Save Mart and other retailers.
