Industrial epoxy flooring has a long life. It is wear resistant to heavy traffic; even steel-wheeled trolleys. Abrasion resistance of industrial epoxy flooring is double that of concrete. It is heat resistant to temperatures from -400C to 1200C. Industrial epoxy flooring floors will not de-laminate due to stresses caused by thermal shock or repeated cycling and will not crack or craze. This resistance is maintained even at freezer-room temperatures. They are easy to clean and can be cleaned with almost all detergents and sterilants, high pressure water jets or live steam ( for industrial epoxy flooring 9mm thickness or above.)

This epoxy coating protects against impact, abrasion and mild chemicals with an aesthetically pleasing appearance. You should prepare surfaces by methods suitable for exposure and service prior to starting the epoxy coating process. When self priming, allow new concrete to cure for 28 days. Verify dryness by testing for moisture with a plastic film tape down test. Moisture content should not exceed three pounds per 1,000 square feet in a 24 hour period. All surfaces must be clean, dry, and free of oil, grease and other contaminants before applying the epoxy coating.
